I started Family First in 2016 and what I learned the most out of these three years is that family comes first. I never planned to become an influencer or even a blogger, my aim was to provide information and inspiration to the parents like me in Switzerland. My project has evolved and with it, some taboos slowly have been broken for me, above all, it was to photograph my children and to open up my private life on the Internet. Whatever it might look to the people reading my blog and following me on Social Media, I kept my principals and they are not measured by likes nor by attractive blogger collaborations. Dignity and respect to the people I love are still my top priority on Social Media.

Migros Magazine wrote an article about me as a mom-influencer.

…Anfänglich zögerte Elena Habicher, ihre Töchter im Netz zu zeigen. Bis heute wägt sie bei jedem Foto ab, wobei sie sich streng an ihre eigenen Regeln hält: Sie fotografiert die Mädchen nur in zufälligen Spielsituationen, achtet darauf, dass sie nicht direkt in die Kamera schauen, und gibt ihre Namen nicht preis. Bilder, auf denen die Kinder mit Ketchup-Mund zu sehen sind oder die Wohnung im Chaos versinkt, postet sie nicht. «Das werfen sie mir sonst irgendwann vor – zu Recht.» Zu privat findet sie auch Fotos, «die zu sehr ans Herz gehen», etwa wenn die Kinder schlafen oder in die Kamera strahlen…

Migros Magazine wrote an article about me as a mom-influencer. Unfortunately, the article turned out a bit twisted and I wasn`t really happy about the outcome as it didn`t mention how I deal with Social Media and what my struggles are when it comes to protecting my family from being exposed. However that e-mail of a strange who read this article cheered me up, maybe really I`m not doing such a bad job. Thank you for your kind words, dear mom-stranger!

Gratuliere Elena zur tollen Story. Ich bin selber Mutter von 2 Kindern ( 20 u. 18 Jahren) und verfolge immer wieder die spannenden Lebensabschnittsgeschichten von unterschiedlichsten Müttern. Ich finde es bewundernswert die Du dein Ding durchziehst und dabei die Privatsphäre deiner Kinder und auch dieses Mannes respektierst. Chapeau!!!!
