New 5-star family hotel opens in Mai 2026: Cavallino Bianco Caorle-Venezia

If you have heard about, or have already been to Cavallino Bianco Dolomiti 5-star Family Spa Hotel, you can now look forward to the new Cavallino Bianco Caorle-Venezia, opening on the Adriatic Sea in Caorle in May 2026.

Cavallino Bianco Dolomiti has been honoured several times as the world’s best family hotel. Now, Cavallino Bianco Caorle-Venezia sets out to shape the next generation of family luxury.

It’s fascinating to see how the Cavallino Bianco philosophy is expanding from the mountains to the sea, becoming Italy’s first five-star luxury family beach resort.

I have attended the Cavallino Bianco Caorle-Venezia press event in Zurich and learned some about this new extraordinary family hotel. Here are my highlights: 

• located directly by the sea with a private five-hectare exclusive beach, which makes Cavallino Bianco Caorle-Venezia, Italy’s first five-star luxury family beach resort. A beautiful and spacious beach, nestled amid green dunes and elegant cabanas, aims to become a unique haven of relaxation on the Adriatic. 
• 101 luxurious family suites with sea view, ranging from 46 to 118 square meters, the suites offer the highest level of comfort for families, with separate areas for parents and children, two bathrooms (one child-friendly), spacious sea-view terraces, and state-of-the-art smart amenities.
• 4,000 m² wellness world, family spa and adults-only rooftop spa with an infinity sky pool and panoramic views over the Adriatic. It promises to be an exclusive wellness centre with heated indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, a beauty farm, and a range of wellness treatments. 
• Lino Land, an adventure world for children. In the 750 m² Lino Land, children enjoy creative play, workshops, theatre and educationally enriching activities.
• Three themed restaurants, the Family Restaurant, the elegant Marco Polo (adults only), and a dedicated children’s restaurant, offer high-quality cuisine. Of course, with a number of stylish lounge bars and breakfast terraces.
• Family time, comfort and work-life balance are the main themes of the hotel. Event program, guiding tours and activities, and wish to combine a family vacation and work, you can use “Work on Holiday” areas.
• In addition to an underground garage with 170 parking spaces, the resort offers exclusive extras, including a boutique and a bike hub.
• Another interesting fact, the hotel is creating more than 180 new jobs, cooperating with regional businesses, and has an operating season of at least ten months per year, which creates a positive economic impact for the region.

To me, it feels as if the new Cavallino Bianco Caorle-Venezia is not simply announcing a hotel, but unveiling an experience. Its impressive scale, privileged beachfront location, and exceptional standard of service promise more than an unforgettable family holiday. They suggest the creation of a destination in its own right – a place where luxury, family life, work, relaxation, and nature are not competing forces, but blend together in seamless harmony.
