(a) We process personal details of Users only in order to perform our services. We collect and process personal details (e.g. names, addresses, gender, email and telephone numbers, etc.) of Users who transmit them when registering or using the platform. In addition, the IP addresses of Users, the web pages visited, the date and time and the browser software used are recorded automatically when Users access our website. We collect information using tracking technology such as cookies and tags. 5 GOOGLE ANALYTICS

6 SOCIAL PLUGINS

We use social plugins (“plugins”) from various social networks.

When you visit a web page containing plugins, the browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the respective social network. The contents of the plugins are transmitted from the respective social network directly to the browser and integrated by the latter into the website. By integrating the plugins, the social network receives the information that the device used by the User has accessed the website.

7 NEWSLETTER

After you have provided us with their email address, we will send you news on our company, services and products from time to time.

We use Mailchimp to send and analyze the opening and clicking rates of the newsletter, as well as application emails (for example confirming a registration). Mailchimp is provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave, NE Suite 5000 Atlanta, GA 30308 USA.

The data (e-mail address, if necessary name, IP address, date and time of your log-in) are stored on servers of this provider. However, personal data may not be used by this provider for purposes other than sending e-mails on behalf of us.

8 INFORMATION, CORRECTION AND DELETION

(a) Users have the right to submit a written information request. We will provide prompt information about all processed data of the respective User, including available details of the origin of the data, the purpose and as well as the categories of processed personal data, those involved in the collection and the recipients of the data. The information request must be sent along with proof of identity to the following address: EHAB Services GmbH, Schützengasse 23, 8001 Zürich. Users have a right to have inaccurate data corrected.

(b) All personal data of the User will be deleted when a user account is deleted unless deletion is not possible on the basis of a legal or contractual duty of retention. Anonymized data of Users will continue to be held in our database and processed for statistical and analytical purposes.

9 SECURITY NOTICE

(a) For the secure transmission of information, we provide an encrypted upload option for Users on our platform. We cannot guarantee confidentiality for transfers by other means (e.g. by email). The internet, websites and the electronic transmission of data are considered fundamentally insecure with regard to confidentiality and data security. Unauthorized third parties may be able to access information that is exchanged through the above channels, and data can be damaged or changed in content. We assume no liability for the security of data transmitted electronically.

10 CONSENT AND CHANGES TO THE DATA PRIVACY POLICY (PLATFORM)
